Jacquard Terry is one of the most common applications of jacquard sampling solution.  For the application, CCI provides Evergreen J900 for Terry which has been already available.  It shares common features of jacquard sampling loom (Evergreen J) and allows computerized pile height setting.  The machine is specifically designed for almost 80% of towel sampling requirement to improve your work efficiency considerably.  Just need  one  bobbin  for  each  colour,  you  can  create  terrycloth  sample  in 900 mm width with different patterns and borders.

By using a servo motor to drive jacquard motions instead of traditional cardan shaft, the jacquard sampling loom comes with the features of no limitation on gantry height and compact size which is ideal suited for more environments.  As the result of this reduction in the machine height, the work of changing harness has become easier and quicker.  Additionally, our machine adopts double comber board to support 2 kinds of your most commonly used density (except for terry application).  The integrated interface that combines jacquard and loom controllers is set to make the best management and interconnectivity of the machine.
