During the show, we will be showcasing Expanded Dimension solution that has been engineered to simplify the entire user experience for fabric production. Most of sampling solutions nowadays are designed for making fabric swatch in 500 mm width only, but it is not wide enough to be made into a piece of garment or bigger sized towel... CCI's expanded dimension solution is capable of creating wider width of 900 mm which is ideal for producing any sample of final products. Powered by computer-controlled technology, even non-technical person can operate the machine easily. ￭ Evergreen 900 - Automatic Sampling Loom
Evergreen adopts different independent drives which are computerized to allow more precise & simple control of position & speed. Its less space occupancy is ideal for use in any space-limited environment such as office, design studio, and R&D center.
￭ Mini Lutan 900 - Single-end Warping Machine
The ‘Ring’ warping method allows the length of the warp to be easily determined after specified rounds. It also eliminates the friction between yarn and machine parts during operation. The warp tension and beaming speed are adjustable according to types of material used.
￭ Taroko - Multi-spindle Sizing Machine
Taroko comes with bobbin to bobbin sizing and modular design. Its speed and temperature can be set individually for each spindle with a touch-screen panel to ensure high stability. Besides, the drying chamber is specially designed to make it operate in uniform low tension without changing the nature of yarn.
