Triple Beam Designed for Weaving Industrial Fabrics
Due to properties of fabric weave, when different types of warp yarn are woven into fabric they are subject to considerable tension on warp beam. This will lead to yarn breakage during weaving operation. To make manufacturing more efficient, the warp beam must be divided into two or more to keep consistent yarn tension on the same beam. CCI presents triple beam for multi-tension warps especially for production of industrial fabrics which usually use several types of yarn for reinforcement purpose. It is an ideal solution to handle three sets of warp separately. The triple beam includes one standard warp beam and two add-on beams which can be effortlessly attached to our sampling loom, Evergreen. Both triple beam and double beam are all available now from CCI, and there is possibility for solution of more beams upon request.
Note: The multiple beams assembly requires warping machine which is capable of handling longer warping length.
