Jacquard Sampling

CCI's jacquard sampling loom, Evergreen II J, is especially designed to meet demand for weaving all types of jacquard textile samples. It can comply with major electronic Jacquard machine and allow complex patterns weaving and rapid time to market by removing the hassle of running on mass production machine. In addition, the integrated interface that combines Jacquard and loom controllers is set to make the best management and interconnectivity of the machine. A human machine interface is equipped to make operation easy and enhance worker productivity. With the highly modern automation technology, Evergreen II J substantially helps elevate the overall working efficiency. It is mostly suitable for use in educational & research institute and sampling workshop, which don't have their own production loom.

Integrated Interface
The controller of jacquard machine can be combined with the control panel of Evergreen II J to form an integrated interface. In this way, customers can benefit from highly efficient management and fast interconnectivity to increase competitiveness.

Jacquard Driving Motor
The independent motor of jacquard machine allows the machine to be driven directly without cardan shaft at different speed as desired. This led to the features of no limitation on gantry height and compact size which is ideal suited for more environments. As the result of this reduction in the machine height, the work of changing harness has become easier and quicker.

Flexi-Jacq Sampling

Traditional jacquard machines are often constrained by existing harnesses when there is demand for new specifications. It is always difficult and time-consuming to change the harness to meet new requirement, which makes it impossible to finish jacquard fabric samples for customers in a short time with ease. To solve this problem, CCI provides an ultimate solution by integrating compact and multi hooks jacquard machine onto our sampling loom, Evergreen II. The one-on-one harness arrangement with a unique combi-cast process and specially developed casting-out software are also included to make the solution complete. So warp density and repeat width can be easily adjusted without having to replace the entire harness, delivering extremely high flexibility. This means you can not only save on the cost of sampling phase, but also get orders faster.

Jacquard Terry Sampling

CCI's Jacquard terry sampling loom, Evergreen II J for Terry, is capable of creating complex patterns and variable loop heights on terrycloth to suit varied requirement. It can comply with major electronic Jacquard machine and enable rapid time to market. The machine is specifically designed for almost 80% of towel sampling requirement to improve your work efficiency considerably. Just need one bobbin for each colour, you can create terrycloth sample with different patterns and borders. In addition, the integrated interface that combines Jacquard and loom controllers is set to make the best management and interconnectivity of the machine. Combined with computer-controlled technology, Evergreen II J for Terry allows user to set variable loop heights via user-friendly touch screen interface easily. The loop thread formation is performed effectively by reed motion control mechanism which is more simple and accurate than by warp beam let-off on conventional weaving machine. CCI's solution aims for considerably improving your work efficiency and performance for production of Jacquard terry sample. The jacquard terry sampling loom is mostly suitable for use in educational & research institute and sampling workshop, which don’t have their own production loom.

Computerized Loop Height Setting
Instead of mechanically controlled warp beam let-off, CCI's solution features computerized pile height setting, enabling users to produce fabric with great textures and quality in a more intuitive way. What's more, multiple pile heights can be also set through the touch panel easily to help users fast develop their own design.

Loop Formation by Beat-up Motion Control
The computer-controlled beat-up motion allows production of accurately controlled loop height which demonstrates an ability to create stable quality of terrycloth.

Pile Warp & Ground Warp Beam
We keep both pile warp beam and ground warp beam needed in our Jacquard terry sampling loom. The base of the terrycloth is produced by the ground warp beam while the loops are made by the pile warp beam.

Terry Sampling

The production of terrycloth fabrics is only possible on specially equipped weaving machines. And the length of loop determines quality and function of a terrycloth fabric. Combined with computer-controlled technology, CCI's terry sampling loom, Evergreen II for Terry, allows user to set variable loop heights via user-friendly touch screen interface easily. The loop thread formation is performed effectively by reed motion control mechanism which is more simple and accurate than by warp beam let-off on conventional weaving machine. These qualities ensure that CCI's solution expands user's capabilities and reduces hassle involved in weaving dobby terry sample with an easiest way possible. The sampling loom can also be used for normal weaving.

Pile Warp & Ground Warp Beam
We keep both pile warp beam and ground warp beam needed in our terry sampling loom. The base of the terrycloth is produced by the ground warp beam while the loops are made by the pile warp beam.

Sampling in an Expanded Dimension

The fabric in 900 mm width can be used to make sample of final product like shirt and bath towel. CCI presents sampling solution for expanded dimension to help giving the idea of real product to your customers effectively.

The Evergreen II 900 is designed specifically to meet sampling demand for wider width of 900 mm at lowest budget. The less space occupancy of the sampling loom is ideal for use in any space-limited environment such as office, design studio, and R&D center. The Mini Lutan 900 can produce warp beam in 900 mm width which can be used directly on Evergreen II. Its single-end warping design concept just requires one bobbin for each colour to do the job. Another important feature is CCI's unique Ring warping design, giving the most efficient warping method and best quality of warp sheet with even tension.

Carbon Fibre Fabric Sampling

Due to its high strength and light weight properties, carbon fibre is widely used in many applications like sporting goods, automotive, aerospace, and more exotic uses. As it features non-twist and multi-filament compared with conventional yarn consisting of several strands twisted, specially equipped machines and auxiliaries are crucial to successful carbon fibre application. To cater to the application, CCI presents a total solution including a positive creel, mini warper (SW550) for carbon fibre, and sampling loom (Evergreen II) for carbon fibre with positive gripper and carbon dust-proof design. The solution is ready to go out of box to help you in handling the carbon fibre market. The sampling loom can also be used for normal weaving.

Positive Creel
The sideway withdrawal of yarn ensures unwinding without changing the nature of twist. It can be performed on the positive creel which features a sideway unwinding motor synchronized with sampling loom (Evergreen II) or mini warper (SW550), particularly suited for non-twist yarn of carbon fibre.

Non-twist Warping
The warping without twisting warp yarn can be performed by using the positive creel on the mini warper, SW550. The operation is extremely simple and the required floor space is very small.

Non-twist Weaving
The sampling loom, Evergreen II, can smoothly run the weaving without twisting weft yarn which is fed by the positive creel in the way of sideway withdrawal. It's easy to operate and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Positive Gripper
Carbon fibre is not easy to be caught due to its multi-filament characteristic. The positive gripper is the answer to accurately catch the multi-filament yarn of carbon fibre. CCI's sampling loom, Evergreen II, adopts the positive gripper to satisfy this specific demand of weft insertion.

Dust-proof Design
Carbon fibre dust could damage the electronics of machine. CCI offers protections for both sampling loom (Evergreen II) and mini warper (SW550) such as dust-proof components, dust-proof seal for controller, dust-proof connectors, dust-proof tube, negative/positive pressure ventilation, and more.

Tubular Fabric Sampling

Tubular fabrics can be applied in many markets of medical, technical and more industrial domains. If you are using a typical loom, you will not be able to make a tubular fabric because it can only produce open-width fabric. Thus, CCI presents Evergreen II for Tubular Fabric for this specific application. The machine comes with specially designed shuttle and devices, which help you transform the initial concept into a real sample during design phase, and finally into commercialization. The sampling loom can also be used for normal weaving.

Leno Fabric Sampling

Leno weave fabric is an open weave piece of fabric which allows light and air to pass through freely. It provides a strong and stable material. The leno fabric is not only popular for making clothing and upholstery, also used frequently for reinforcing purpose in composite product, packaging material, building & construction material and more. To cater to the application in various areas, CCI presents Evergreen II using a special attachment. The machine is specifically made for suiting the complex production of leno woven fabric sample. Furthermore, equipped with CCI’s computer-controlled technology, users are capable of setting different density and weaves more easily. The sampling loom can also be used for normal weaving.

CCI is able to provide a complete package in sampling solution. Besides the sampling loom for woven fabrics, there are other optional auxiliary equipment like warping and sizing units. There are important processes in sampling and are available as part of package according to individual's needs.

Shedding Device
The device could be installed with maximum 24 shafts and with higher speed resulting in higher efficiency. To cope with higher speed, we install and upgrade the buffer system to ensure more smooth and stable movement. It provides ease in operation and maintenance as usual.

Digital Warp Tension Control System
The system provides stable warp tension during weaving. The tension value could be set and read from the computer directly, which simplifies the recording of the weaving parameters.

Weft Selection Device
The device allows convenience in weaving multi weft-colour samples. It can achieve complicated weft colour arrangements effectively and accurately.

Weft Break Detecting Device
The device is adjustment free which is suitable for most kinds of yarn materials. An optional high speed rotary weft cutter is available for those special and coarse yarns.

Weft Insertion Device
The device on this loom is of single side rapier design, which is easier in adjustment and is suitable for a wider range of yarn. This design ensures higher speed and better stability during running.

Self-diagnostic Function
The function checks the status of internal devices in real time. If an error occurs, the cause of the problem will be displayed on screen so the user can easily identify the problem and possible solution.

Access Door for Easy Maintenance
For efficient maintenance and repair works, the machine provides an easy-to-access door to create quick access and convenient maintenance, further cutting down on time wasting and associated costs.

Stand-alone Creel for Smooth Weft Delivery
Instead of incorporated creel device on machine, the stand-alone creel is fabricated for delivering weft yarn horizontally to the machine, which avoids yarn breakage for higher weaving efficiency.

Touch Screen and Windows Embedded OS Supported
The latest controller consists of a touch screen and touch pad. The newly designed iconised interface gives the best experience ever in operation. This sampling loom is installed with latest Microsoft Windows operating system and new software. This technology offers high stability and easy to be managed. Its strong online capability could perform remote access and control for maintenance through the internet.

Dobbytronic
The user friendly interface of the Dobbytronic is specially designed for use with the touch screen and provides an easy platform for
inputing weaving parameters. The status of the loom is clearly displayed through icons and text.

SEdit
The built-in SEdit is a convenient editing software. The editing of designs, weft & warp arrangements can be done on loom or on any separate PC.

Dr. SL
Dr. SL is a useful built-in diagnostic software. It carries out inspection and testing of movements of the electrical & pneumatic parts as well as signals of the sensors. Diagnosis could be performed on loom or by remote access through the internet.
